YAH Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced male CNA or HHA caregiver for a private home care case in Boynton Beach, FL. This is a part time daytime opportunity providing personalized one on one support to a client who needs dependable assistance, companionship, and safe transportation.

This role is a great fit for a caregiver who enjoys building trust with clients, takes pride in providing respectful care, and is comfortable helping a client remain active, supported, and independent in their daily routine.

The client has requested a male caregiver due to personal care preferences and comfort level.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Part time daytime hours
• Consistent weekly schedule

What You’ll Do

As a CNA/HHA caregiver, you may be responsible for:

• Providing one on one support in a private home setting
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, walking assistance, and fall prevention
• Preparing light meals or snacks based on the client’s needs
• Providing medication reminders as permitted
• Transporting the client using your own vehicle for approved errands, appointments, or outings
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Observing and reporting any changes in the client’s condition or needs
• Following the individualized care plan
• Communicating professionally with the client, family, and care team

Transportation Requirement

This position requires the caregiver to be comfortable transporting the client in their own vehicle when needed. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for approved client-related transportation.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Male CNA or HHA caregiver
• Valid Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Proof of auto insurance
• Comfortable transporting the client as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan

Preferred but not required:

• CPR certification
• Previous private duty or one on one home care experience
• Experience supporting older adults with mobility needs, safety supervision, or daily routine assistance
