Position Type: Live-In / Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated, trustworthy, and organized Live-In Household Manager & Caregiver to join our team and provide comprehensive support for a private residence in Key Largo, Florida.

This role combines home management responsibilities with supportive personal care, ensuring a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, self-motivated, skilled in home management, and passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Home Maintenance & Coordination: Oversee daily household operations, maintain general cleanliness, organize living areas, and coordinate with outside vendors/contractors (e.g., maintenance, landscaping) as needed.
• Meal Planning & Preparation: Plan, shop for, and prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals following dietary guidelines and personal preferences.
• Errands & Inventory Management: Handle routine grocery shopping, run local errands, manage household inventory, and keep supplies fully stocked.
• Housekeeping & Laundry: Perform light housekeeping duties, including dishwashing, surface cleaning, linen changes, and laundry.
• Daily Assistance: Provide attentive, personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as mobility assistance, personal care guidance, and daily routine support.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a caregiver. 
• Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with high integrity, privacy, and discretion.
• Location & Living Setup: Willingness to reside on-site in provided live-in accommodations in Key Largo, FL.
